Here is a basic schedule to follow for the Track and Field meets:

Meets 1-3 girls run 1st / boys field ... Switch half way
Meets 4-6 boys run 1st / girls field ... Switch half way

3:15 - 4:00 hurdles (both genders)
4:00 - 5:15 switch

These times are approximate. When we go to district and the Sandburg Relays, these times are out the window.
Track is difficult to predict how the meets will run due to weather, athlete capability, and injuries.
