We are trying to reach out to as many WCJH Parents as possible. If you know of someone that may be interested in this update please feel free to pass it along.

*We are looking for some volunteers. Ways and Means: We are hoping that our direct donation will be the only type of fundraising that is required but in the event that another fundraiser is needed we need some volunteers to help coordinate.
Market Day: Our Market Day coordinator is looking for volunteers to help with the distribution of orders. Please see her email below. You may contact her at lluvcnc@aol.com - Allissa DePue.
Family Night Committee: depending on our budget we are hoping to host 1 or 2 family events during the school year and need a some parents to help coordinate.
*Please consider making a direct donation to our PTA [Spanish version of form]. $25.00 per family is recommended but we will gladly accept any donation your household budget will allow. The membership form also has the direct donation information. PTA is a not for profit organization andyour donation is tax deductible.
*If you have been cleaning out your closets and garage consider donating those items to the Fund raise and Recycle Clothes program. The drop off box (lime green) is located at the northwest corner of the school (near the jr. high bike rack). All donations are tax deductible and this is an easy way to help raise money for our PTA.
If you have any ideas or suggestions for our PTA please feel free to contact one of us. We welcome all comments, questions and concerns. We hope to see you at our next meeting and are looking forward to a fun and successful school year!
